How to Download the Forms

Before downloading files, make sure you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Once you have downloaded the files you want to use, you can either type text into the form or print the forms. You can not save any changes to the PDF forms unless you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat. (For information on this product, please visit www.adobe.com.)

Hints
• The size of the file and most recent revision date are listed next to each form.
• Once the PDF form is open on your computer, use the Tab key on your computer to easily advance through the editable form fields.

Opening and Saving Forms to Your Computer
Click on a file in the list of forms to download (in the Download Forms section). It will open in your browser.

To save a form directly to your computer without opening it in the browser, place the cursor directly over the title of the form and right-click your mouse. Select the 'Save Target As' option and select a location on your computer.

Call MN REALTORS^® Technology Helpline. The call is Toll Free, and the Helpline is available Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. Be prepared to give your name, license number (this is on the card you received from the Dept. of Commerce). You may be asked for a member key number, this is your NRDS number.
