Group Medical Benefits: BCBSM Realcare
The KNW Group, LLC administers the BCBSM Realcare
group medical plan for MNAR members. Realcare is a guarantee issue
plan offering 2 deductible plan options. There is also a High
Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) option, which allows members
to set up a Health Savings Account (HSA) and pay for medical expenses
with tax deferred dollars.

Individual Policies — Single/Family Plans
Individual and family plan quotes are offered through BCBSM,
Medica, HealthPartners and Preferred One. Plan approval is subject
to individual underwriting and is based on the health history of
the individuals applying for coverage.
