Executive Committee
Acts as the interval between the Board of Directors meetings on personnel, strategic planning and other management issues. The Executive Committee is at all times subject to the control and direction of the Board of Directors.

Finance Committee
Formulates recommendations on financial planning, investment management control and budgeting and to monitor the Association's finances to efficiently utilize resources toward meeting objectives of the Strategic Plan.

Forms Committee
Creates and evaluates recommended forms for use by the membership.

Governmental Affairs Committee
Monitors and recommends legislation and public policies affecting the real estate industry.

Nominating Committee
Approves candidates for each Minnesota Association of REALTORS® office, except the office of President and to forward the slate of nominees proposed by the Nominating Committee to each member of the Board of Directors in writing no later than 45 days before the election is held. The Nominating Committee shall also approve candidates for each opening on the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors.

Professional Standards Committee
One major difference between a licensee and REALTORS® is a series of services called Professional Standards. This encompasses enforecemtn of the Code of Ethics, Commission Disputes, Arbitration and Mediation. Members of the public or the Associaton can bring an action against a REALTOR who has violated the Association's Code of Ethics.

RPAC Trustees
MN-RPAC Trustees donate funds to help elect candidates to the Minnesota House of Representatives, Minnesota Senate and Minnesota’s Executive branch. Contributions are non-partisan, based upon the individual candidate’s views on real estate related issues, including property taxes, land use, private property rights and economic issues as they relate to job creation.
